• Messages of a questionable nature will not be
  delivered and will be deleted from the e-mail system.

• Messages received on weekdays will be delivered as
  soon as possible. Messages received on weekends
  and holidays will be delivered on the next business
  day.

• If the patient has been discharged, we will mail the
  message to the patient’s home.
